Ris-K Lingerie guarantees you will be satsfied with every lingerie product you receive, so long as the item you wish to return is NOT USED and IS IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH PACKAGING INTACT, YOU MAY  RETURN IT FOR ANY VALID REASON within 7 days from receipt.

PLEASE NOTE:  In accordance with Federal Health Codes,  intimate apparel may not be tried on and returned.  Since most of our outfits come wth a thong, panty or g-string as part of the set, the panty will have a plastic tag inserted from front to back which makes it impossible to try on.  As long as this tag is intact your outfit will be able to be returned or exchanged.  If you remove this tag we cannot take the item back. Shipping charges are not refundable.   All tags must  be attached to the item.  We will not accept returns of items with any signs of use. Bodysuits, stockings, socks, body jewelry and rhinestone jewelry are final sale.  All costumes are considered special occasion items and are not returnable or exchangeable.  We must receive notice of your return within 7 days of its receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS, and no returns will be accepted unless a prior return authorization from Ris-K  Lingerie has been obtained either in writing, by telephone or via email.  Your return must be received by us within 14 days of return authorization from Ris-K.  We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise. Items being returned for refund or credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

NOVELTIES

Adult toys and marital aids are sold as novelty items only.  Ris-K will not accept returns or exchanges on novelty items.  Battery operated and AC powered products are individually tested prior to shipping.  This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery.

DVD'S & Books are not returnable when the package seal has been tampered with, broken or removed.
