Q: Your web page is to large to fit on my screen. I have to scroll left or right to see the entire page.

A: Please adjust your screen resolution to 1024x768 with high color, this should fix the problem. If your screen cannot be adjusted to this resolution, you will still have to scroll left or right to view the entire screen. It is normal to scroll up or down to view an entire web page.


Q: When I click to view larger size images of products, they are either too big or appear to be cut off.

A: Please ensure that your Internet Browser supports resizing of images. Previous version of Internet Explorer under version 7 may have problems to display full sized images. Upgrade your browser if possible or try a different browser like Firefox.


Q: Some items I ordered were out of stock at the time my order was picked for shipping. How long will they be on Backorder?

A: We usually can ship backordered items within two (2) weeks. However, sometimes our vendors may also be out of stock on certain items. If this should occur, we will contact you within thirty (30) days and ask if these items should be canceled or remain on backorder status until we receive them from our vendor(s)


Q: An item on your web site shows as being out of stock, can I still order this item?

A: Yes, Our web site does allow users to order items which may be out of stock. These items will be placed on backordered status and shipped to you when they arrive from our vendor(s). This is usually within two (2) weeks from the time we receive your order.


Q: Can I come to your store and shop in person?

A: Yes, We encourage customers to visit our store in person. Ris-K Lingerie is located at 580 Main Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. You can phone us at (570) 422-6900 for directions or store hours.


Q: I would like to order something from your store but I cannot find it on your web site.

A: If you have checked all categories and product manufacturers for the item and still cannot find it on our site, we may not currently carry that item. Send us an E-mail telling us what you are looking for and we will notify you if we currently carry or will be carrying the item in question. Please be as specific as possible when describing the item in question.


Q: I like several items on your site but they are not listed as being available in my size.

 A: Most manufacturers produce items in a wide variety of sizes but not all styles are available in all sizes. For example, a manufacturer may not produce a item in 3x or 4x sizes but it is available in 1x & 2x sizes. Many items have similar type items from other manufacturers, please browse through each of the manufacturers pages listed on our products page. We do try to group similar items through our categories listed on the left side of each page.


Q: Why are some sizes, styles and/or colors of shoes and boots listed as Special Order only?

A: Pleaser Shoes produces several hundred different sizes, styles and colors of shoes and boots. We cannot stock each different combination for each style of shoe or boot. Therefore, we elected to stock only the most common styles, sizes and colors. We do allow you to order those sizes, styles and colors which we do not stock. These will be drop shipped directly from Pleaser to you. Pleaser does, however, impose a small fee for the cost of drop shipping directly to a end customer. We pass this fee on to you, our customer, in the form of a Special Order fee but we keep our prices as low as possible to help offset this additional cost


Q: I paid for my items with a Money Order/Bank Check and I want to return an item. How will I receive a refund of my money?

A: We will send you a check for the cost of the item(s) less any applicable restocking fee's as defined in our refund policy or you may order different merchadise of equal, lesser or greater value. The difference in cost will either be refunded or charged to your account. Bear in mind that you are responsible for any additional shipping costs on exchanged merchandise.


Q: I purchased items from your Clearance category, can they be returned for exchange, credit or refund?

A: No, All items in our Clearance category are sold as FINAL SALE. We do not accept exchanges or issue credit or refunds on clearance merchandise.


Q: I clicked on one or your e-mail addresses or used your "contact us page" and now I am being flooded with e-mails from your company. I have received several hundred e-mails from your company in the last hour or so.

A: We have had this problem only when our auto-responder connects to a e-mail address that also has an auto-responder. Please ensure that your auto-responder ( if you use/have one ) is turned off when you click on any of our e-mail addresses or use our "contact us page".
